RETURN & REFUND POLICY
30-Day Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your bracelet or accessory within 30 days. Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs; SwissPop does not cover return or exchange shipping under any circumstances.
Return Conditions
- Bracelets and accessories must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Worn, uninstalled, or used products, as well as items damaged by the customer or due to forced installation, will not qualify for a refund.
How to Request a Return
Email hi@swisspop.com within the 30-day window to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Please include:
- Your order number
- Pictures of the product and packaging
Upon approval, you will receive the RA# and the return address of the nearest warehouse. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
- Any cancellation requested after this 24-hour window is subject to a $25 administration fee.
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, a cancellation is not possible; the customer must wait to receive the item and initiate a standard return.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund (minus any applicable fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
