Is the watch included?
No. SwissPop™ sells the bracelet only. You supply your own Royal Pop, purchased separately from Swatch.
Is it comfortable for daily wear?
Yes. Our bracelets are designed with daily wear in mind, for a secure, comfortable and balanced fit on the wrist.
Will it scratch my watch?
No. The watch is held without screws or metal contact points, and every surface that touches it is non-marking on the case and crystal. It pops out in the same condition it popped in.
How do I install it?
Follow the installation steps shown on this page or included with your order. Do not force the bracelet into place. If something doesn't feel right, contact us before continuing. Installation is done at your own discretion, and damage from forced fitting or misuse isn't treated as a product defect.
How do I clean it?
Use a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry it carefully afterwards. Avoid harsh chemicals, solvents or abrasive products, as these may damage the finish.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free standard shipping on all orders. This doesn't include customs duties, import taxes, VAT or local charges, which are set by your local authorities and remain your responsibility unless collected at checkout.
Do you ship internationally, and how long does it take?
Yes, we ship internationally. Delivery times are shown at checkout for your destination and are calculated from the dispatch date, not the order date. The maximum delivery window is 30 calendar days from order confirmation unless a longer estimate is shown for your country. Estimates are guidance only, not guaranteed dates.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link where available. You can also track anytime directly on our store using your order or tracking number.
Can I return or exchange it?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy. The item must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Email hi@swisspop.com to request a return and wait for approval before sending anything back. EU customers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Full details are in our Returns and Refund Policy.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are handled by trusted third-party providers shown at checkout. We don't store your full card details.
Is SwissPop™ connected to AP® or Swatch®?
No. SwissPop™ is an independent accessories brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Audemars Piguet®, Swatch®, or The Swatch Group Ltd. Any third-party brand names are used only to describe compatibility.
